HOW TO BOOK ?

DIRECT RENTAL: The majority of our members are in direct rental, you must contact the owner directly in order to get information about the accommodation and its availabilities.

In order to discover the whole of our offer, you can look for a renting or a guest house.

BOOKING SERVICE: Some CLEVACANCES accommodations (more than 40 currently) are managed by a booking service common to Gîte de France et Clévancances Drôme.

You can consult, book and pay online the CLEVACANCES accommodations present in the booking service

CHECK AVAIBILITIES ONLINE: about fifteen CLEVACANCES accommodations are currently present on Drome Dispo (tool installed by the Departmental Committee of Tourism).

You can check the availabilities and even book online the CLEVACANCES accommodation with Drome-Dispo

You will also find in the catalogue CLÉVACANCES DRÔME 2005 the address of the owners, managers or organizations where you can book the rent which interests you. You just have to write or to call them.

WHICH GUARANTEES REQUIRED ?

An agreement CLEVACANCES in double specimen will be sent to you. Each one will be signed by the owner or manager and the tenant. Claim-it, in case of litigation, it will be required. You also must receive the description of the selected accommodation

The CLEVACANCES accommodation which you retained must correspond to the description which was sent to you. A sign in the entrance indicates that you are in a CLEVACANCES accommodation. A certificate justifying the comfort level must also be displayed inside the house. This certificate include the approval number of the accommodation.
